By enrolling in any Aestic Training service, including our self-paced program, live workshops, or monthly membership, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are here to set clear expectations and protect both your time and ours.
LEARN TO BUILD
1. Self-Paced Program

Access is granted immediately upon full payment and is for your personal use only. You may not share your login or course materials with others.

The program includes all core materials, templates, and any updates made available at the time of your purchase. Access to future updates may be offered at our discretion.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course content, templates, or associated materials without prior written permission from Aestic Training.

Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements to access course materials.

You may contact us for support or questions within 30 days of your purchase. During this period, you’ll receive priority support with same-day responses (Mon–Fri). After this, standard support applies with a response time of 48–72 hours.

For continued access to faster support, additional tools, and live help, consider joining the monthly membership. Full benefits are outlined in the membership terms.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if a user is found to be in breach of these terms (e.g. unauthorised sharing, misuse, or abuse of support).

All content provided remains the intellectual property of Aestic Training. You may not claim authorship or repurpose it for commercial use.

We make no guarantees regarding your specific outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, application, and business context.

While we strive for reliable delivery, we are not liable for temporary technical disruptions or outages affecting platform access.

All content provided through the membership, including templates, scripts, training materials, videos, and resources, is copyright © Aestic Training.

This content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, republished, or sold without written permission. Breaches may result in account termination and legal action if necessary.
2. Live Workshops (In-Person or Virtual)

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your place.

Aestic Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to low attendance, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

The workshop content, materials, and delivery format remain the intellectual property of Aestic Training. You may not record, reproduce, or share any portion without express written permission.

Participation does not grant a license to teach, resell, or reuse the material in other commercial formats.

By attending, you agree to participate respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the session or disrespects the facilitator or others, no refund will be provided in such cases.

We make no guarantees of specific results from the workshop. Your outcomes depend on how you apply what is taught.

Your team are responsible for attending with a functioning laptop and suitable internet access. No refunds will be given for failure to join due to personal technical issues.

A media release waiver will be provided and collected on the day of the workshop. This ensures all participants are informed and can choose to opt in or out of any photos, video, or quotes used for future marketing or promotional purposes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If your team is unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a future date or send a substitute attendee, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, due to preparation time, materials, and limited workshop capacity.

No-shows or cancellations on the day of the workshop will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If Aestic Training must cancel due to illness or unforeseen events, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Monthly Membership

Membership includes access to a new agent template every 2 months, priority support, including WhatsApp as a channel, and live Q&A sessions (where applicable).

All agent templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Aestic Training. You may customise them for your own use, but may not resell, distribute, or teach them as your own without written consent.

While our tools and support aim to help you build effective automation, we do not guarantee specific business results. Outcomes depend on your application, systems, and effort.

Your membership is for individual use only and may not be shared. Sharing access or distributing materials without permission may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
-
Payment is charged monthly in advance and renews automatically unless cancelled.
-
If your payment fails or is declined, access may be suspended until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to remove you from the membership if billing issues persist.

We reserve the right to update the membership structure or pricing. If changes are made, existing members will be given at least 14 days’ notice.

You can cancel anytime. Access ends at the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are given.

Membership benefits may evolve, but we’ll always aim to deliver equal or greater value as we grow.

Fair use policy applies to 1:1 and WhatsApp/email support; we’re here to help, but excessive daily support may be capped to keep things fair for all members.
PURCHASING AN AESTIC AGENT
4. Aestic Agent Stations (Hardware + Software)

When you purchase an Aestic Agent Station, the following terms apply in addition to the above:
Ownership of Hardware vs. Software

The physical device (Raspberry Pi, casing, power supply, and accessories) becomes your property once paid for and delivered.

The underlying agent software, source code, logic, functions, and features remain the sole intellectual property of Aestic Agents. Purchasing the device does not grant you ownership, license, or resale rights over the software.
Use of the Agent

You are granted a non-transferable right to use the agent for direct business purposes only.
-
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the agent software or any of its components.
-
Any attempt to access or alter the agent code without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Damage, Loss, and Replacement
-
If the Agent Station is lost, stolen, or damaged, you are responsible for purchasing a replacement device at the then-current price.
-
Software licences do not transfer to a non-Aestic device. Only approved Aestic Agent Stations are supported.
Warranty & Support
-
Hardware is provided with a 30-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

Software support is provided under the terms of your training or membership package. Continued access to updates or premium features may require an active membership.
Limitations of Liability

Aestic Agents is not liable for business losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use or failure of the Agent Station.

You are responsible for backing up any business data handled by the agent.
Upgrades & Updates
-
From time to time, Aestic Agents may provide software updates or improvements. These remain optional, but recommended for security and performance.
-
Access to certain upgrades may be tied to your membership status or support agreement.
Resale & Transfer
-
You may resell the physical device if you choose, but the software is non-transferable. Any resale does not grant the buyer rights to the agent code or updates.
-
If you wish to transfer use of the device to another party, they must purchase their own software licence from Aestic Agents.
5. General Terms

Any technical support offered is advisory. You’re responsible for managing your own systems and security.

By joining the program, you agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer our agent templates or build systems for resale without our involvement.

We reserve the right to update these terms with notice. Continued use after updates confirms your acceptance of changes.
